Using Tenet
Terms of Service
These terms set the ground rules for accessing Tenet, using our data products, and maintaining a safe, dependable platform.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Tenet services, you agree to these terms. If you use Tenet on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe another person's rights, or misuse personal data.
- Do not interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or probe the service without permission.
- Do not misrepresent Tenet data, remove attribution, or imply that Tenet endorses your conclusions.
- Respect any licence, attribution, and usage conditions attached to a dataset or data layer.
Data and intellectual property
Tenet and its licensors retain rights in the platform, its design, software, analysis, and original content. Public or third-party datasets remain subject to their own licences and source terms.
Unless a dataset expressly says otherwise, you may use information made available to you only for lawful purposes and must preserve required source acknowledgements.
Availability and accuracy
We work to provide useful and reliable services, but data may contain gaps, delays, or errors and boundaries may change over time. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and should not be your sole basis for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
Suspension, liability, and changes
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tenet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
